Who we are
We are BXL RUN CREW, a non-profit organisation (“vzw”) having its registered seat at Rue Froebel 12, 1000 Brussels (Belgium) and registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises with enterprise number 0769.279.086.
What data do we collect and how?
When you place an order in our pop-up store, we collect your personal identification information (first name, last name, region, phone number, email address). We also keep a record of the order notes that are left, if you leave any.
We only collect the data that you directly provide BXL RUN CREW vzw with when you place an order.
How do we use your data?
Your data is used to fulfil the order that you placed. The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract (article 6(1), point (b) of the GDPR).
A list is compiled of all the orders of the Pop Up Shop so we can contact you as soon as your order has arrived, keep track of who has already picked up their order and contact you if we think you have forgotten to complete the payment or pick up your order. As soon as all orders are fulfilled, all personal data is deleted.
We do not share your data with third parties.

The BXL Run Crew Pop Up Shop uses cookies to implement the shopping cart and checkout.
We don’t use third-party cookies.

You have the following rights:
- The right to access: you have the right to request a copy of your personal data.
